Initially had issues with shipping my vehicle but the Tadd Jenkins Group got things settled and I got my truck as promised. They bent over backwards to make things happen for me.

Everyone was kind and helpful. We built our truck online, sent the order to Sherri and 10 weeks later we drove over from Pinedale, WY and picked it up. So happy with everything!!!!

Had to come to the dealership to have oil checked and 1 quart of oil added for oil consumption test on my 2021, Chevrolet 6.2 liter that is using a lot of oil. Service department was very accommodating and explained the process that has to be followed by GM guidelines for this oil consumption problem

Process was quick, easy, probably the easiest and best dealership experience I've ever had. Really appreciate your quick response and affective communication so we could make the deal happen, all the way from Las Vegas. Oh and Jake Haroldsen killed it. Thank you Sir.

I always enjoy getting my service done at Tad Jenkins. I usually wait and have coffee and conversation with the many great people there.

I happy with the repairs performed, however the morning after getting my vehicle home it was very difficult to get it started and seems as if there is air in the fuel system or there is a leak possibly somewhere that was overlooked. Also on another note I find it difficult to comprehend how/why the CP4 fuel pump issue is not a recall, since it is matter of when not if it will grenade. I think this should be partially covered and not something that should be kept from people who want to purchase a vehicle during this time period.

Wonderful people who are great to interact with. There was confusion with what needed to be fixed and my truck was returned with the exact problem that I brought it in for. However, once they recognized the error, the employees were quick to order the needed part. Simple mistake and they were quick to fix the error. I am very happy overall with the service.

Don't know if they checked the engine or in cab air filters.

The employees at Thad Jenkins Chevrolet have been our car vets since 1995. We have also purchased several older used vehicles from them. They are professional, friendly, and take really good care of our vehicles - no matter the make or model. Coln and Tyler always keep us up to date, let us know what has to be fixed, what can wait, and apply discounts when possible. Best place ever!

Best car buying experience the past 30 years.

Working with Zach and Scott was very easy. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Tadd Jenkins and will not be my last.

It’s a matter of principle. Just thought I would share some sentiment. I should have brought at most a $60000 truck and instead I ended up with a 70000 dollar truck. What is most disappointing is being psychologically bullied or conned into thinking that we have to buy peace of mind. Let's pretend that the truck is somehow worth $60000, (it's not). But then instead of backing the product and emphasizing its inherent reliability and quality and that's why you charge what you do for it you add on petty charges for a paint coating, barcode transfers, and imply that it's imperative that we buy exorbitant service warranties for peace of mind. ??? That's just unethical! And it's too bad that that's typical dealership practices. Standing behind the product you sale and bolstering a buyer's confidence and their rationale for paying what we do should be the standard. Never should we have to be scammed into paying $5-6 thousand more for warranties, etc., that should be inherent to a supposed quality product that will or should afford us peace of mind for 10 years or so. Pressure pushing add ons discredits your brand. I hope enjoying the truck will help offset the psychological trauma of buying one.🙃

Our vehicle was serviced and returned in a very timely manner. Always great service. Tyler is always a very great person to talk to and get answers from as well. Overall always a great experience.

There was a problem with the ac when I drive my truck off your lot. I called Tyler in service, and he had me come back and they fixed the a/c in 45 minutes and it was working. I really appreciated this.

Had my Colorado 2024 in for service, They were fast, friendly. Small issue with having left the oil filter loose enough to drop puddle of oil on the ground when I got home. They came to my house and changed the filter again. Hopefully all is well.

Jake was absolutely amazing, helped me pick the perfect pickup. Everyone was super helpful. Made the whole process, very quick and easy.

The service staff was less than enthusiastic about helping me or showing any kindness or appreciation at me being there. I was quoted $130-$140 over the phone for a service for my truck, which I purchased at your dealership. When I was told my bill was $182, I asked if they had to replace parts or something extra, they replied they had to change a $13 part for the oil pan. I asked why it was so much more than the quote I was given. The guy I was talking to asked how much the quote was for. I told him. He then said he “Has a coupon he can apply.” The coupon took off $50, so $132 was the bill. That’s great— and appreciated— but Why wasn’t it offered or applied to begin with?! After the experience of less than friendly or helpful techs, and being overcharged (do I have to Ask for a coupon every time?) Why would I want to come back? It wasn’t a positive experience.

Went for my first oil change on my 2025 3500. It was free! It was fast! The staff was great!

I told them my car was leaking transmission fluid. I drove over there and they told me my car was leaking fluid but they couldn't fix it that day and I had to go back again. When I got there they didn't have a loaner car for me even though I told them I would need one before hand. They did get me one and was glad to have it but the rental car had a tire pressure warning and when I told them that they told me not to be concerned. I was though because driving on the freeway to Idaho Falls and back on that freeway could had been bad if I got a flat. Overall I am disappointed in new cars. My car is only a year year old and having to be work on. It's the second new car I have had in the last four years that has problems. I can say everyone was polite and I did appreciate that.

I am very pleased with service that Tadd Jenkins has given me. They have went above and beyond to satisfy me. I have never been treated so kindly and listened to. Since I bought this used pickup from them it has been in the shop more than I bave been able to drive it. I'm glad I bought the extended warranty on this vehicle since two weeks after I bought it the motor went out of it. They took care of it even though the warranty didn't cover all of it. In my past experience places only covered what the warranty covered and the rest was on me. I'm very grateful to Tadd Jenkins for their services.

The service crew was FANTASTIC! I had some issues with my truck and thought it could’ve been the alternator. They had a packed schedule but they told me to just drop it off and that they’d be able to fit it in. They gave me a loaner car while my truck was in the shop too which was awesome! They had it replaced the alternator and fixed other things they’d found bad. I would recommend tadd jenkins for any of your car needs! HUGE shoutouts to Tyler in the service department and Sherri Wheeler in the sales department!

My car buying experiences have always been a drag. But when I bought my new car with Courtney and Jake, the process was easy and simplified. They both made the process enjoyable and put in the effort to gain me as a customer. Appreciate the time and effort they both had with my car buying experience!
