Great experience

Jake Haroldsen was easy to work with and make the experience pretty seamless. The SUV we purchased was not easy to get (Tahoe Z71) and took longer than expected but Jake did what he said he would do when we negotiated the deal. Even the owner (Telaine) met with my wife and me to give us a tutorial on the SUV and thanked us for our business. We did have a bit of a mix up on buying the SUV through the GM supplier program - the SUV was ordered in February and the GM supplier code expired in May. GM might consider the expiration date on the supplier codes may not take into consideration the production time. The sales manager at Tadd was a bit of a jerk as it related to the expiration of the supplier code but Jake helped make it right. Also, I created a Chevy profile online early in the process and Chevy (not the dealership) provided me a lot of updates on the vehicle's production progress. Jake provided periodic updates as well so I felt like the information flow was pretty decent between Chevy and Tadd. Jake even drove the vehicle out to my home about an hour away from Rigby and did the deal the right way! He's a customer oriented salesman and I'd recommend him to anyone in Teton Valley looking to buy a Chevy.

My truck was due for a service. The service department did that, no problem. But my truck has issues the service department doesn’t know what to do about: sometimes the tailgate won’t respond to the button on the dash nor the button on the tailgate nor the button in the app; Sometimes the DIC says there’s no key found , and the key is laying on the console. The truck isn’t supposed to start without the key or fob, much less be driven; the charging pad for cellphones no longer charges my phone. It’s the same phone and case I’ve had since I purchased the vehicle. The charging pad worked great until two days ago. So I have a new truck with only 4500 miles on it and no one knows how to fix the problems.

I always enjoy coming into the dealership. The staff is always upbeat and cordial. That is becoming a lost trait in service these days, do not lose that. It's what sets Tadd Jenkins apart from the rest.

Service staff was friendly and took care of me as soon as I arrived. The waiting area was clean and had free soda, which was nice early in the morning and I was easily able to conduct some online business while waiting and using the dealership free wifi. They finished the work in exactly the time they'd estimated.

Fast & efficient oil change

Had to come to the dealership to have oil checked and 1 quart of oil added for oil consumption test on my 2021, Chevrolet 6.2 liter that is using a lot of oil. Service department was very accommodating and explained the process that has to be followed by GM guidelines for this oil consumption problem

Process was quick, easy, probably the easiest and best dealership experience I've ever had. Really appreciate your quick response and affective communication so we could make the deal happen, all the way from Las Vegas. Oh and Jake Haroldsen killed it. Thank you Sir.

It’s a matter of principle. Just thought I would share some sentiment. I should have brought at most a $60000 truck and instead I ended up with a 70000 dollar truck. What is most disappointing is being psychologically bullied or conned into thinking that we have to buy peace of mind. Let's pretend that the truck is somehow worth $60000, (it's not). But then instead of backing the product and emphasizing its inherent reliability and quality and that's why you charge what you do for it you add on petty charges for a paint coating, barcode transfers, and imply that it's imperative that we buy exorbitant service warranties for peace of mind. ??? That's just unethical! And it's too bad that that's typical dealership practices. Standing behind the product you sale and bolstering a buyer's confidence and their rationale for paying what we do should be the standard. Never should we have to be scammed into paying $5-6 thousand more for warranties, etc., that should be inherent to a supposed quality product that will or should afford us peace of mind for 10 years or so. Pressure pushing add ons discredits your brand. I hope enjoying the truck will help offset the psychological trauma of buying one.🙃

Communication and service were excellent. I really liked receiving a quote before working on my car. This is a great company. Colin is wonderful to work with.

The service staff was less than enthusiastic about helping me or showing any kindness or appreciation at me being there. I was quoted $130-$140 over the phone for a service for my truck, which I purchased at your dealership. When I was told my bill was $182, I asked if they had to replace parts or something extra, they replied they had to change a $13 part for the oil pan. I asked why it was so much more than the quote I was given. The guy I was talking to asked how much the quote was for. I told him. He then said he “Has a coupon he can apply.” The coupon took off $50, so $132 was the bill. That’s great— and appreciated— but Why wasn’t it offered or applied to begin with?! After the experience of less than friendly or helpful techs, and being overcharged (do I have to Ask for a coupon every time?) Why would I want to come back? It wasn’t a positive experience.

Went for my first oil change on my 2025 3500. It was free! It was fast! The staff was great!

Wonderful people who are great to interact with. There was confusion with what needed to be fixed and my truck was returned with the exact problem that I brought it in for. However, once they recognized the error, the employees were quick to order the needed part. Simple mistake and they were quick to fix the error. I am very happy overall with the service.

The service department got me in right on time for my scheduled appointment and finished when they said they would great experience. Its a well ran shop from sales, finance, and service.

I happy with the repairs performed, however the morning after getting my vehicle home it was very difficult to get it started and seems as if there is air in the fuel system or there is a leak possibly somewhere that was overlooked. Also on another note I find it difficult to comprehend how/why the CP4 fuel pump issue is not a recall, since it is matter of when not if it will grenade. I think this should be partially covered and not something that should be kept from people who want to purchase a vehicle during this time period.

I told them my car was leaking transmission fluid. I drove over there and they told me my car was leaking fluid but they couldn't fix it that day and I had to go back again. When I got there they didn't have a loaner car for me even though I told them I would need one before hand. They did get me one and was glad to have it but the rental car had a tire pressure warning and when I told them that they told me not to be concerned. I was though because driving on the freeway to Idaho Falls and back on that freeway could had been bad if I got a flat. Overall I am disappointed in new cars. My car is only a year year old and having to be work on. It's the second new car I have had in the last four years that has problems. I can say everyone was polite and I did appreciate that.
